| Breast Reduction costs vary per procedure. The thing to really keep in mind is that folks need to have a strong and lasting relationship with their doctor to ensure that they are able to maintain the level of prowess they want to have a successful surgical experience. |

| cost of breast reduction includes the procedure itself, hospital fees, anesthesia, and other overhead expenses affect the cost of breast reduction. Because a number of these factors remain the same, regardless of the number of procedures, cost of breast reduction may be lower when combined with other plastic surgery procedures during a single surgery.
Surgical Procedure National Average
Breast reduction (women) $5,429

| I realize we are resurrecting an old thread, and I am not sure why we are, but as per theplasticsurgeryguide.com: "The cost of breast reduction involves three fees: the anesthesia fee, the facility fee and the surgeon's fee. The surgeon's fee is the most difficult to predict without first knowing the extent of the procedure and the qualifications of the plastic surgeon.
The average breast reduction cost varies from $5,000 to $7,000. Fees include anesthesia, which ranges from $1,000 to $1,500, and the facility fee (or hospital fee), which ranges from $500 to $2,000. The remaining cost will be the surgeon's fee. If more than one procedure is done at the same time, then the total cost will be more, but less than if the procedures are performed separately."

| It all depends on the surgeon you use, your body type, the procedure, where the location of the surgery center is, if the doctor has any promos, etc.
Do your research and homework before jumping into the numbers |

I know that patient want the size of their breast reduce properly and so do you think that haggling for lower price might reduce the quality of the procedure? |

| Keep in mind that breast reduction is one of the few types of plastic surgery that may be covered by insurance. I had breast reduction done 6 weeks ago and it was covered by my insurance because I have documented shoulder problems. Back problems and under breast rashes that don't heal are also things that may be considered in being approved. |
