Do I need a breast lift OR a breast reduction?

I'm not sure. I'm 46 and my breasts sag. They are a full C cup and I'm normal weight. Are they sagging because of their size or do I just need a lift?

It sounds like you jsut need a breast lift unless you are unhappy with the size of your breasts (if you think they're too big)

Go with a breast lift. This will help you gauge the size better and if you dont like it you can always get implants. But to me a full c sounds just right you wouldn't want to go any bigger it will look weird not only on a minddle aged women, but any women for that matter.
