I have lost a lot of weight and definitely need to get breast reduction. But I need a good plastic surgeon. I don't want to risk the scarring and other complications that can happen with this surgery.

Does anyone here have any good doctors they can recommend for this procedure in my area?

I just got done explaining my opinion on this on the another message on this breast reduction forum.

I would have to say that there are probably a large number of talented surgeons out there for this but you will need to find someone that does it in a way that is the least traumatic for the body. You want a doctor that will not be cutting up your boobs too much and leaving you with scarring. I know there are some plastic surgeons who have creative techniques they use for reduction by making the incisions in strategic places like where the breast folds over at the bottom. I don't know if it is possible to do it through the arm pit like you can with implants. I never heard of it done this way.

Anyway you need to contact different surgeons and find out how they go about this procedure. That way you can find out who would be the best choice. The best breast reduction surgeon = the one who gives you the smallest scars.
