I was shocked to hear some of the celebs out there that have allegedly gotten breast reduction. I thought in showbiz it was all about having big boobs... guess I am wrong! I wonder who the most famous person is that has had this surgery?

Drew Berrymore allegedly had her breast size reduced when she was only sixteen!

I also remember hearing somewhere that Queen Latifah had hers reduced too.

Being that bigger is generally better in tinseltown, it should come as no surprise that there are only a small handful of celebrities which have opted for breast reduction.

Being better in "tinseltown" is equated with being better due to the connotations that are usually applied to having bigger breasts. For example: "She's hotter because her breasts are bigger!", or "Check out that one with the biggest rack!", or "She could be a lot of fun with ALLLL of that!". It objectifies, but can make Hollywood stars stand out more (both literally and figuratively), thus aiding them in their "success". I'm sure their "acting skills" must be above par ...

Well said Robyne Those types of celebrities may be popular but if they are only known for their appearances than once that fades so will their starpower. I think Megan Fox will be a perfect example of that

Yes, Megan Fox has already started altering her appearance ... probably a lot more than she should have at her age. She's sooo young! I wonder how she will be treated once her looks start to fade ... or she decides to continue altering her visage, and no longer looks like the Ms. Fox we are accustomed to seeing.
