Has anyone had breast reduction and regretted it?

I came so close to getting it years ago and then I lost a little weight and my breasts shrunk too. I would recommend holding off on breast reduction surgery until you are at your goal weight you intend on staying at. You don't want to lose weight and then end up needing implants because you made them too small!
