| | small breast reduction
Hi everyone. I'm new here and hope you can help me!
I'm 22 years old, 5'3" and 130 pounds. My bra size is 34DD or 34DDD depending on the bra, which I've heard is equivalent to 34E and 34F (not sure which sizing all of you use). I am going in for reduction surgery in two months and just have a few questions. It is paid for by health care because it's causing neck and back problems. I asked the surgeon what size he would put me to... and he really didn't give me any sort of answer. He's been doing this for twenty years and I've heard he is very skilled so I know I should trust him... but I'm also wondering what size he'd put me to. All he said was that it will not be as big of a reduction as a typical breast reduction (by that I'm assuming heavier women with very large breasts), but that any pain I have associated with them will be alleviated, and he told me that he will make them proportionate to my body. So I'm wondering what exactly that means. What would be proportionate to my body? I am hoping he would bring me to a C and I will be telling him that's my preference the day of my surgery, but again, he is sticking to his guns that he will do what is proportionate. What's your thoughts. Do you think a C or D would be better suited? Do you think it will be a very extreme reduction compared to somebody going from say a II to a D? I don't know. I guess I'm just asking for some experiences and it would be great to hear from any of you who are smaller framed.
