Following the procedure, the incisions are dressed and drainage tubes are inserted in order to avoid the accumulation of fluids. A support bra or elastic bandage should be worn to help support breasts when they heal. There are several risks associated with breast reduction surgery, but if done well and followed the instructions, then there would be no issues.
