Breast reduction surgery is a plastic surgery method intended for women having sagging and large breasts. There are a lot of issues associate with having large breasts. They are back pain, emotional discomfort, reduced self esteem and inflammation beneath breast folds.
The procedure is performed under general anesthesia. The three incision types include incisions around the areoles, keyhole incision and Anchor incision. Following the procedure, the incisions are dressed and drainage tubes are inserted in order to avoid the accumulation of fluids. A support bra or elastic bandage should be worn to help support breasts when they heal. There are several risks associated with breast reduction surgery, but if done well and followed the instructions, then there would be no issues.
