Default teen breast reduction

I'm considering breast reduction, but not sure what, exactly, that would mean. I'm currently a DD (or DDD, depending on the bra) on one side and a D on the other, and having problems with the high-impact sports I usually go out for, and spending way too much money on bras and sports bras. If I weren't as stupidly stubborn as I am, I probably would have quit by now. I have a sore chest, and my lower back has recently started giving me issues.

Do you think it would be a good idea for a teen to get breast reduction? Obviously, I'd make sure my breasts are done growing first. But is there anything else I'm missing?

And what about the complications that all the websites mention in small print and indefinite terms? Scars I'm okay with (I'm something of a collector, actually. I like to think of them as my "adventures"), but I really don't want to be asymmetrical again or lose any sensation. How likely is that to happen?
