Can someone please tell me how long does breast reduction surgery last? This is such an expensive surgery I will not be following through it it if my breast tissue will grow back afterward. Can I expect the results to be permanent?

Your breasts will always be smaller than if you did not get a reduction.

As you age, gravity will have its way with your body, and your breasts will sag and/or drop as you get older. The remaining breast tissue will continue to respond normally. Therefore, your breasts will increase in size if you gain weight, take hormones, and/or get pregnant.

Yes, as Robyne said, your breasts may get larger if you gain weight, but the breast tissue that is removed won't grow back (at least I've never heard it doing that). So breast reduction surgery lasts forever
