First off, I will start by saying my breast are beautiful! Dr. Pousti did a amazing job!!!! I got exactly what I always wanted, truthfully he did better. Clearly they are not “real” I had augmentation surgery… And they flatter my frame. As far as asymmetry they are perfect, yes I said perfect! I think you need to remember this process is about personal choice…. Not everyone has the same vision of what breast should look like… |

| Most people, unless they have severe attention/self-esteem issues or are in the porn industry want their breasts to look real. Yours do not. To me that constitutes a subpar breast augmentation.
I'm glad you are happy with your surgery.

I'm glad you are happy with your surgery. | Robyne00, do you work for a plastic surgeon or are you a psychiatrist? Have you had any plastic surgery done? Just wondering how valid this site is if you have no pictures and no information on if you have plastic surgery(and yet you're a 'Senior Member'), are a plastic surgeon or work for one? Are you even a female?
and Mr. Z? This should be a female only section if we are talking about breasts, dontcha think? I think from this comment on i will stick to make me heal or JBI because those are valid. this is like the perezhilton of plastic surgery and there are no facts at all on this site.
PS momrocks. your boobs are hot. mine are also perfect for my frame. We should meet up and have a post op together lol. pss e-mail me i wanna see your before and afters, i'm only 1 month out. minx1904@yahoo.com

To answer your questions, I am a a female, as well as a physician and a doctor of mental health. A great deal of my clinical work and research is plastic surgery related, and I work closely with several plastic surgeons. Also, YES, I have had multiple plastic surgeries, that I am extremely happy with!
America is still a free country and this isn't the "no boys allowed club". I personally, appreciate Mr. Z warning the readers to be careful when reading glowing reviews about surgeons. He was only speaking from his personal experience.
One month out means your scars are still fresh and your breasts have not yet dropped. I would wait to say how happy you are until some healing has occurred.

| Yes, the posting time seems way too coincidential. More like promotion ...

First off, this is getting a little out of control… I am not posting to receive “perks” from my doctor. I am just stating I am very pleased with my decision in having breast augmentation surgery, unfortunately there are several people who have had a unpleasant experience for whatever reason. Luckily, I did have a great experience. I believe I should share it. I don’t see any wrong in that. I do feel that it is extremely inappropriate to bash someone or accuse them of having “severe attention/self-esteem issues or stat they are in the porn industry” how professional are you? You don’t know me. Please don’t judge me.
As far as minx89, I believe you also have the right to stat if you are happy. Who really cares if you are “only” 1 month post op. if you feel better about yourself, and you did it for you. Your not hurting anyone… who really cares!
We all have done some type of procedure for whatever reason…. it’s a personal choice…. Lets be adults here and leave it at that! |

| I don't believe you are getting perks from your surgeon. It is unfortunate that we cannot verify the legitimacy of posts. You could be Pousti, his wife, his assistant, a forum troll, a real client, anyone. It was just very coincidential that all these glowing reviews appeared all of a sudden. I hope you understand my point.
On a side note, why did you get such large implants? I am curious.
It's great that YOU are happy with your surgical results, as that is all that matters.

| The reasons for my posts so recently after my surgery is because i'm happy! Maybe i do have a lot of time to be google-ing my favorite plastic surgeon and letting the world know how happy i am. I feel the same way about him as i do about my hair dresser. Mine is always the best so i'm gonna tell everyone that says 'oh i need my hair done' to go see my hair lady. And if i hear people talking bad about my doctor or my hairdresser or even the chargers i seem to take it personal and feel the need to defend them. So there is your answer.
And yes we are all adults but i don't feel that it is appropriate for a man to be on a website that talks about breasts and to frequently ask about boobs, i mean i'm no rocket scientist but that kinda seems a little perverted. I don't go on websites about penises every day and ask everyone what size they have or what it looks like...
Also, Robyn if you are a Physician and a Doctor of Mental Health shouldn't you be spending time with your patients and doing valid research instead of going on sites and talking badly about people you don't know. Also, as a physician and doctor of mental health, wouldn't you know better than to diagnose a patient with 'severe attention/self-esteem issues' without knowing a thing about them? And, to add to that, you commented about her breasts being 'asymmetrical and too large for her frame', what if momrocks did have some self-esteem issues and she finally felt whole with her new breasts then a 'physician' is going on the internet pointing out little flaws then asking everyone else what they think. To me it's common sense.
As for your multiple procedures, it seems to me that you have SEVERE self esteem issues. To have multiple procedures done you must be trying to hide something that bothers you that goes more than just skin deep. I would recommend seeing a collegue of yours for some advice.
I've answered all your questions and said my peace. |

It's great that YOU are happy with your surgical results, as that is all that matters. | I’m not quit sure what’s is so suspicious regarding my post. I have never bashed anyone on this site. And I could say the same for you… how do I really know you are who you claim to be? I’m not Dr. Pousti, his wife, or his assistant. Not even a troll! I am a recent patient of his who is happy, just that. I stumbled upon this website on-line… I still don’t know what I have said wrong??? And for those of you that are thinking I am advertising for Dr. Pousti, I am not. I just have heard so many horror regarding plastic surgery. I think its important to state when you are happy, when you receive great service, when you get what you pay for… what is so wrong with that?
Robyne00, you had asked why I have large implants… Well, after nursing two children within 3 years, it did a number to my breasts. I was left deflated, no breast tissue. Bottom line… I had skin. I have thought about augmentation surgery for several years, even before kids. I did my research as I’m sure we all did. In fact I found it amazing how the actual procedure works. I do have a smaller frame, but I also have a concaved chest wall… which I’m sure you know you need a larger implant to fill that space. I looked at hundreds of pictures of what I liked, and… I like what I like. I am so very happy with my out come, again I have stated in a previous post… its all based on “your” personal choice. I think thats the beauty of it. So who has the right to say... its too large, too small... fake looking or not??? |

| Dr. Pousti Plastic Surgery Review Well I must say My experience has been AMAZING!!!!! I had basically a WHOLE BODY MAKEOVER!!! What Dr. Pousti calls the Mommy Makeover....I'm 3 MONTHS OUT!!! AND LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!! About to go on a cruise and can't wait to get in my bikini. I haven't wore one in 17 years..... I had a extended tummy tuck, breast lift with aerola size reduced and multiple liposuction areas in back and sides. Then came back for my breast augmentation after my breast lift incisions healed(about 2 months)each person is different....I'm 36 years old with three children and I FEEL AMAZING!!! I feel like I'm 20 again! My husband and children are just amazed by the results and they only keep getting better as time goes by. Dr. Pousti and his staff are FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!!!! He has been 110% correct with everything he has told or suggested to me. I came into his office with other wants but got suggested and recommended other things for optimal results. I love the fact that rather than doing a procedure for the money your health and results are his number one concern. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! My before pictures compared just three months later are just crazy!!!! It even surprises me that I use to look so horrible...I have a wash board stomach and NO STRETCH MARKS after three kids...amagine that! My breast augmentation turned out very nice...I even had a patient when I went in for follow up that was 19 years old say your breast are SO NICE...I love your cleavage line. She saw me naked in the exam room to review and examine my results. Which I love that he does that! I did all my research on Dr. Pousti before even meeting him and for him to be BOARD CERTIFIED in plastic surgery where most Dr's performing these kind of procedures are NOT!!! and not only that but he specializes in reconstructive plastic surgery as well....THAT SAYS ALOT!!! Then once you meet him and his staff your thoughts will be put to rest...HE IS GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES!!! Then you meet several patients along the way and are given many people like myself phone numbers to talk with about there experience....Well I've been in the medical field since I was 17 and that was impressive! And to top it off my husband is on cloud 9 with his new HOT SEXY WIFE!!!!! Any one considering having any plastic surgery done by Dr. Pousti , I would be more than happy to speak with you more in depth. Feel free to email me at uptownbrown0413@yahoo.com.....YOUR NEW BODY IS WAITING!!!! ; + ). DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER YOU HAVE FOUND THE BEST DOCTOR!!!!! We researched for 2 years between myself and another patient of his and flew around the world doing various consults with other surgeons and STILL POUSTI IS THE BEST!!! Let us save you the leg work and hassle...Call and schedule a free consult you won't be disappointed! |
