Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery reviews?

Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery has a lot of ads on the radio and I want to know if they are legitimate. I found something really unusual when I went to their site and that was that they don't talk about the doctors. All they talk about is the facility, the surgeries they do and how to finance. The 'about us' talks about their medical director and lists credentials but they don't talk about the other doctors.

I'm researching doctors for a face lift and breast augmentation and any advice this forum can give me will be helpful.

Are there other plastic surgeons here? Are they reputable doctors? Are they expensive because they are on Rodeo Drive?

Advertising overkill, glossy brochures, a plethora of radio ads, upscale locations, vague websites, lists of credentials, fancy monikers, state of the art tools, and futuristic facilities doth not create a reliable surgeon ... in any arena.

It amazes me how these advertising/promotional ploys lure people in for such major surgeries, while the patients literally know nothing about the surgeon's skills, expertise, or general capabilities. Scary. We cannot allow ourselves to remain uneducated regarding our surgeons, and thusly become blinded by all the bells and whistles they intend and/or attempt to present (or pretend to).

Educate yourself. Ask many questions to many experienced and/or learned individuals from diverse perspectives/backgrounds. Do an adequate amount of research. This is your body. You will have to live wit the results of the surgery. Take your time and be patient. Take the surgeon's advice, expertise, and skill into consideration, but never let them change your mind 100%, unless you discover you are totally in the dark. Never allow yourself to be in this position if you are altering your visage.

Plastic surgery or any surgery will alter your life ... for better or worse. Be informed.

Not True!

The people on this thread have confused Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery with one of the mass market places. This is a fantastic high end place. I spoke with them and they do NOT advertise on the radio. Everybody meets Dr. Krieger before and after surgery.

Great Experience

THE BEST! I had a breast augmentation and could not be happier. I was treated like royalty every step of the way. Dr. Krieger was attentive to my every need and is a true artist. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I knew I was in the best possible hands. And that really counts when you are going to a plastic surgeon! I found the entire staff at Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery to be second to none. They were all professional and caring. I got the look that I wanted -- full and natural. I get compliments all the time and feel great. If you want to go somewhere where they treat you right and you get superb results then you could not find a better place.
