I live in Tampa Florida and was wondering if there were any name surgeons that I should be checking out around here for breast implants. The most important thing to me is I want to make sure they look completely natural. I do not want fake looking boobs like Posh has those ones that sit above her cleavage line.

I do not have breast implants myself but have heard from friends that under the muscle placement looks much better than over the muscle. So that's one pointer for you. For size go smaller rather than larger. Most women that get implants only need a little bit of augmentation to make a big difference. Anything more than that just ends up looking fake. You also will want to choose the least invasive surgical method to minimize scarring (to make them look more natural) and to do that I would recommend going through the belly button. Not as many surgeons do this and it may cost a little more but it's worth it. Last but not least, after surgery enjoy your new breasts in a bikini under the Florida sun

la_angel is right ... less is definitely more. But be careful with the sun because it can enhance the appearance of scars!
