I don't like Perez as a person, but he is up on his gossip (and I have to be up on mine ha!). If breast implants are placed under the muscle, once they have dropped into position, and healed properly, they CAN be undetectable to the touch. An adequate amount of skin must be present, so if a patient is super skinny and gets large implants, even if they are under the muscle they will be detectable ... in more ways than one!
