This is definitely interesting but from the picture it looks like it would be uncomfortable and you would be able to feel it. But I guess you can feel regular implants too so that's not a reason in itself.

I don't like Perez as a person, but he is up on his gossip (and I have to be up on mine ha!). If breast implants are placed under the muscle, once they have dropped into position, and healed properly, they CAN be undetectable to the touch. An adequate amount of skin must be present, so if a patient is super skinny and gets large implants, even if they are under the muscle they will be detectable ... in more ways than one!

I think breast implants will always be trickier to do on the super skinny.The same is true with facial implants too.

It's tricky whenever there isn't enough skin/tissue to work with. I hate when I see girls parading around with insufficient amounts of skin to cover what looks like half cantaloupes.

Capsular contracture is even worse!!!
