I live in Kansas City and I am trying to find a good plastic surgeon in the area to do my breast implants. I prefer one on the Missouri side because that is the state I live in and my insurance I think is only good in that state but if there are only good doctors on the Kansas side I will consider going over there.

Why are you getting it done in the middle of no where? This is not the wizard of oz this is the real world you need to come to a real place with real plastic surgeons I think. How many people live there even like a few thousand? You will be lucky to find any plastic surgeons in Kansas City period.
