I am 5 8" 140 pounds; a small B - borderline A - cup now. I expect to undergo enlargement surgery early 2010. My dilemna is that I dont want to seem top heavy, but I dont want to go "too small" either. Is there anyone of similar statue that can recommend a cup size? My intuition says full C small D. How many ccs is this? Should I go for a D cup?

Definitely not a D cup unless you want them to look unnatural. It sounds like you would look best with either a full B cup or a small to medium C. I think anything above that won't look too natural.

I dont know how many cc's that woudl be but I agree the B is fine. As a guy I can tell u that we don't like the unnatural look bec it makes our GFs look skanky.

A C cup should be fine. D cups would make them look fake and you WOULD look top heavy. It would make your legs look really skinny, but it makes you look broad on top. It also could make it hard for you to shop for clothes as well. CCs will vary from person to person. Everyone has one breast that is smaller than the other, and in order to make them even, the surgeon has to compensate for this factor first. Also, guys are different and some DO like really large implants. You should be more concerned with what YOU want, as it is your body. Guys may come and go, but you have to live with the results.
