Ok I can understand why a dude may want to make his pectoral muscles bigger but male breast implants are NOT the answer to this. Has anyone seen that pseudo-celebrity (he's only famous bec he's a freakshow) that got implants in his chest? He claims he's the "real life Ken Doll." Well listen up Ken, they look so fake! They do not look like muscles but rather they look like female breasts. I don't understand why a guy would do this. Trust me I'm a chick and I think that the skinny-wafer-surfer type look on guys is HOTTER than big buff muscles.
