I love how this ditzy girl goes around pretending like she's a natural beauty. Meagan Fox without a question has had a boob job and I think a nosejob, too. Has anyone seen the before and after pictures of her? If you look at them she went from being virtually flat chested (probably an A cup) to being a full sized C cup).

I'm sorry but that just doesn't happen *naturally* at that age. Does anyone have any good photos to post about this?
