Besides looking very unattractive, belly fat can also be very detrimental to ones health. Fat in the belly is also the most difficuilt part of your body to lose weight.

Most men will gain weight in this when they reach middle ages, its just a fact of life. The best thing to do is to start doing exercise before you the beer belly appears. If you are not used too doing difficuilt strength training exercises, it would be advisable to do some sort of cardio exercises that are easy to do like swimming, running or riding a bike. Agree with the same point! Plastic surgery is not the only option available for losing belly fat. I have seen many people wanting to undergo Tummy Tuck and the only advice I would give is to try work outs and good diet. There would be some difference for sure. If the resulting weight is able to maintain then there is no need of surgery. On the other hand, when the fail to lose weight and if you are residing in Texas, you can consult an expert doctor and decide whether Texas Plastic surgery is right for your body.
