Hi I currently go to school in Miami and am looking for the best plastic surgeon in the area for a breast augmentation. I'm under 22 so I'm looking for someone who would let me get silicone because I don't have a lot of breast tissue and want it to feel more natural. I've heard Roudner is really good, but he doesn't do silicone on girls under 22.
