As indicated by the title, I'm wondering if anyone with a similar height and build as me who opted for saline implants wouldn't mind sharing their feelings about the results of their augmentation. I ask because I'm a bit on the fence concerning saline and cohesive silicone gel implants. I would really appreciate any input.

Initially, I was pretty set on saline because they are less expensive and would give me more piece of mind if the implants were to leak. However, after a consult with a plastic surgeon and being able to feel the difference between saline and cohesive gel, I'm not so sure anymore.

My main concern is naturalness. I'm worried about rippling and my breasts not feeling, well, like breasts. As I only plan on going up about a cup size (around 250 cc), can saline feel and look natural on a girl like me? What if I were to go a bit bigger? I want to avoid spending an extra 1,000 dollars if saline will achieve the results I'm looking for.
