5'3", 120 lbs, AA, considering saline implants: anyone been in a similar situation?

As indicated by the title, I'm wondering if anyone with a similar height and build as me who opted for saline implants wouldn't mind sharing their feelings about the results of their augmentation. I ask because I'm a bit on the fence concerning saline and cohesive silicone gel implants. I would really appreciate any input.

Initially, I was pretty set on saline because they are less expensive and would give me more piece of mind if the implants were to leak. However, after a consult with a plastic surgeon and being able to feel the difference between saline and cohesive gel, I'm not so sure anymore.

My main concern is naturalness. I'm worried about rippling and my breasts not feeling, well, like breasts. As I only plan on going up about a cup size (around 250 cc), can saline feel and look natural on a girl like me? What if I were to go a bit bigger? I want to avoid spending an extra 1,000 dollars if saline will achieve the results I'm looking for.

Saline is a good choice

You won't sacrifice quality or the natural appearance of your breasts by opting for saline. A saline implant may be placed behind the muscle so that it resembles the feel and appearance of your natural breasts. I have several before and after photos as well as information on the procedure on my site. Here's the link: Breast Implants New York - Teardrop Implants | Dr. Joel Studin Webplastics.com
