| Best breast implant surgeon in the world? Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and already starting a new thread- I hope its not a faux pas, as I know that some forums don't straight in barge like this
Anyway, I'm doing a bit of an anxious run through websites and I'm only getting more and more confused. Basically, I've been planning for ages now a rhinoplasty and breast implants- the only reason I haven't gone through with it yet is because I'm so obsessively terrified of a bad outcome, that it's paralyzing me to go anywhere beyond consultations with doctors. I'm from the UK and to be honest every doctor here seems to have one bad opinion for each good one and I really don't see any specific ones who would outshine the rest. And that's specifically what I'm looking for.
Girls, I'm desperate to find the best rhinoplasty and breast implant surgeon for me. I've been doing tons of research and I know exactly what I want and who I want- a doctor who will be an absolute artist in his trade, a member of all elite boards and also who will take the time, courtesy and highest interest in each individual client's requirements and well-being. I've just had a hard time putting a name to the description.
I am willing to travel outside the UK to basically anywhere in the world. US is obviously top of the list but I am considering Brazil, generally south America, Asia also. I want the best guy and have almost 100% guarantee that all will go well. Money in this particular matter doesn't really play a big part, I'm willing to dosh out for the best surgeon in the world. Where could you recommend? I am amazingly grateful for any advice as I can't stress how important this is to me, thanks.
Wow, Sorry for the essay! |

| You do realize that we're talking about a great addition to the cost, right? It's not just about plane tickets, accommodation, nutrition, transpotration, hospital and doctor bills...You will have to stay in that country for at least 10 days, you'll need follow-up appointments regularly for that minimum period. Unless you choose to be just operated by a specific doctor abroad and have all the follow ups to some other local doctor but that's not really a good idea. Only consider it if you're willing to pay up to $10000 maybe more for each procedure. Since you're looking for the best in each field, you'll have to find two seperate doctors. One would be the rhinoplasty specialist and the other the breast augmentation expert. No doctor will be a true specialist in both of those, it's not like fictional surgeons in TV shows. |

| Yes, I do realize that the costs might be higher. I'm thinking of spending 3 weeks in the country and am prepared to pay for this. I don't know where I gave the impression, that I'm looking for a TV celebrity doctor, that's not at all the case. In fact, I just had a consultation with one of the most popular, best advertised and most often chosen by celebrities (at least that's what they claim) plastic surgery company in the UK- MYA. I was absolutely appalled by the standards of the place and the service. I was given fifteen minutes with a doctor (Mario Russo) who had problems explaining anything beyond the typical lines he seemed to have memorized over the years of taking patients on board. During those 15 min we were interrupted twice by a VERY badly operated secretary (her face looked like an anti plastic surgery ad) and three times by his phone. The room was dirty and dusty with clatter everywhere and truly horrible lighting.
Above all, the costs of the procedures were: 4500 pounds and 6000 pounds. Which is about 20 000 dollars for both.
I can't believe the low standards British girls are used to.
Anyway, I'm looking more for a doctor with a vast number of good recommendations, rather than top advertised celebs like Pitanguy of Brazil of Palmer of LA. |

I would focus on the rhinoplasty as my first priority since that is a more specific skill. If you go to two surgeons you will be paying more but hopefully you can find one... I would recommend you consider Mexico which is comparable to Brazil and possibly a better choice for rhinoplasty. Some people have been very happy with Costa Rica but that's not really a top place for plastic surgery.
I have a wonderful doctor in Mexico and went back this summer for another procedure (breast implants but no rhinoplasty sorry) but I don't want to say he's the best in the world because there is no best p.s. in the world.
There is a lot of negativity on the boards from people who have NOT gone abroad and have preconceptions, so focus on the experiences of people who actually have gone abroad (good and bad). Make sure to check that the doctor you choose is board certified in the country where he practices |

| Good experience at MakeoverTravel clinic -south america- Hi Kate,
If you are looking for a good deal skilled surgeons, good clinics / hospital,, South america is maybe the best place for you.
Last year (December 2010) I had a rhinoplasty and breast implants surgery done along with a liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift (buttock augmentation with through injection) at MakeoverTravel clinic in Bolivia, i paid $7,000 for my package that included the surgeries, + hotel staying for 12 days + hospital fees, transportation, blood test, bilingual assistant..it was a very good deal since in the US my surgery would cost me between $15,000 and $20,000.
For a nose job and breast augmentation with 10 - 12 days hotel staying(you don't need more), transportation and all services you will pay in Bolivia around $4,500. My girl friend went at MakeoverTravel for breast implants and rhinoplasty and she paid less than $5,000 for everything (includind hotel, food, extra costs...)
if you want to see my album i posted my album.

| Car Insurance There's complete details about your location with someone in your area to make sure that they are able to get help for anyone who is not able to communicate. medical insurance
Looking for cheap used car in India can be very simple if you know where to look. A very good and often ignored resource of inexpensive used vehicles in India is the reclaimed and impounded automobiles industry. insurance |
