Hey everyone I've been reading on here and thanks for all the useful info

My plastic surgeon recommended I do the 55 CC Mentor Silicone Gel breast implants under the muscle. Right now I have C cups but they are saggy. Now I'm a taller woman I am 170 pounds and 5'10". Will I end up looking like a pornstar if he does this size and do it under the breast muscles? My plastic surgeon insists it's what I want but I'm not sure. Anyone else out there have a body like mine and had implants?

550 sounds pretty big if you're already C! Geez maybe you just need a breast lift instead of implants? Who is your doctor if you don't mind me asking. Is he pretty grounded and doesn't go off the deep end with his work? I'm not plastic surgeon but that size just sounds really big. Remember 500 cc is half a liter so you would be adding half a two liter bottle of soda to your chest!

Isn't a breast lift involve cutting a lot of skin off and leaving big scars? He didn't really talk to me about lifts but from what I know they do that and I really don't want my breasts chopped up more than they have to be

I thought the same thing it's having an extra liter on your chest and that seems like a big change to me. Also If I already have C cups wouldn't an extra liter on each breast make it a huge D cup or bigger? I don't want that I just don't want them saggy anymore and just want to fill them out how they use to be.

Breast lifts are pretty evasive. You're going to have a lot of cuts from it. How about doing 275 cc implants instead of 550 cc? Have you asked him that? If he insists you supposedly need 550 then that's his own problem. Tell him you'll get a second surgery if the 275 don't do it.
