My saline breast implant ruptures!

Woke up to a deflated right boob today. Had a rough night at work(worked a night shift) and don´t know if that affected it. Have just had them for three years. I´m lopsided now. Going to call my PS office tomorrow to se what they have to say.

I was looking at getting saline implants but the silicone feel great and wont rupture like the saline. Ask your PS about them, even better.. feel them! ( Mentor brand is softer than Naturelle).

I'm sorry to hear about the saline implant rupture! Make sure that you are going to a plastic surgeon that is going to put you first and that will care for you like he/she should.
