I recently had gave birth. my boobs were originally a mid 33C. they went up to a DD now that im not breast feeding anymore they are a small c. i dont have the fullness on the top anymore. I want my perky breasts again. i know ill have to get a lift the implants alone wont be enough. but after looking at a thousand almost before and after photos im not really impressed. either the boobs look like they havent been lifted at all the scars are terrible or they lack perkiness altogether. can someone give a great recommendation an a plastic surgeon that can make my boobs look gorgeous. i dont care where they are located, ill travel.
