Mastopexy Boston
 

Hello, I live near Boston and need some honest recomendations for a mastopexy surgeon. I didn't grow up here, so don't really have local friends I can ask...

I few years ago I went for a consultation with a rather expensive surgeon in Boston who told me I had only minimal sagging, recommended a mastopexy and small silicone implant. But he did not offer any before and after photos, so I chickened out.

I am a c-cup, and am 29 years old. I have always had somewhat droopy boobs, but not extreme. I would like to get a mastopexy, with implant because as I understand it, breasts lifts alone will actually decrease the size of your breasts. I don't want to be any bigger than a full C. I would also like to make the areola slighty smaller while they are at it, since the incision goes around it anyway... (unless there is some other procedure that I am unaware of). I have all the normal concerns- recovery time, pain, infection, and scarring concerns. I am fairly light skinned...

I am not looking for a bargain- just a good doctor that does a great job. Any information is greatly appreciated- including who to stay away from!! Thanks!!!
