Default Do Saline breast implants feel heavy?

I'm seriously thinking about getting saline breast implants, filled to around 390 cc. But i'm worried that they will feel heavy and/or hurt my shoulders and upper back. Does anyone have any input on this?

What is your height and weight?
Current breast size and desired breast size?
Small, medium, or large frame?

Unless you go abolsutely huge, they should not be heavy. You will be very aware of them following surgery, regardless of size.

I think saline implants are a great option! I've been seeing a great offer around that offers Saline Breast Implants for $2800. Seems great I did some googling and found out the place has pretty good doctors least there well known!

Well i hope this helps some technical stuff:

Saline: Saline-filled breast implants are silicone shells filled with saline (a saltwater solution) that is very similar to the body’s natural fluid which makes up most of the human body. These implants are filled to the desired size during your surgery.

Slicone: Silicone breast implants are pre-filled with a cohesive silicone gel.

so if you're doing saline, your doctor could have the option to change your size, which might be a good idea since they'll be able to see it live

My implants are saline. I've had them for almost a year and no problems so far. I can't remember how many CC's they used, but before I was a 32A and afterwards I was a 34C (in VS Pink bras). Some of the worst pain after surgery, for me, was back pain. Yes, for the first few weeks they do feel heavy. but, you do get used to them! they never bother anymore and they don't cause me any back pain whatsoever. I have a small frame, and they do NOT look too big on me. My boobs grew by themselves a few months after surgery too and now I'm a 34D. Implants look smaller than natural breasts. Hope this helps
