Hi all,
New one here, I am doing my research and trying to pick a surgeon for my BA, I went on one consult, liked the surgoen but not knowing anyone who's used him makes me nervous. Got his name actually off of another message boards "locate a surgeon" portion of the site.

So anyone in Boston are to see for a consult or likewise to avoid??

Saline or silicone
Under the muscle or above the muscle
Current breast size and desired breast size
Are you getting a lift as well?

I am now leaning more towards silicone, I am starting out small 34a with little tissue, so no need for a lift. Also leaning towards under the muscle as I hear under and silicone would be the best bet for someone small as I am. I would like to go as large as possible while still looking natural, so probably just to full B, small C. My recommended 'fill' volume on one consult was 275, so def. not a huge implant.
