I recommend Silicone gel implants. It has a more natural feel to it.

I *think* I will go with the saline under the muscle. Everyone says that way I can have my much needed mamos and it would be safe. I was curious though, is silicone stronger though. I know how hard that machine squeshies me..let alone a very costly implant! Makes me shudder to think of it popping during the test.
Also, my husband has agreed to let me have my tummy done as well. Has anyone here had a mommy makemover? Thank you ladies..have a great day
