My surgen wants to do a reduction, BL and BA at the same time.
 

Hi this is my first post. I am 5'1" and I weigh 105 lbs. I have always had naturally large breast. When I was younger they looked terrific. Now that I am 39 and have breast fed two kids and lost weight, they look really droopey although the shape is still nice. I am currently a size 32 DDD. I have surgery scheduled for 6/29 and my doctor would like to reduce some of my own breast tissue and replace it with a silicone, high defenition, under the muscle implant. What are your thought about this? I am a bit scared that if I ever need to remove the implants, mu breast will seem small and saggy.

I would like to know the same! The surgeon I went to wants to do a breast lift and a reduction together. Although I don't get why your surgeon wnats to do the reduction to replace it with silicone?

BA and BL at the same time are very common.
