| The reason why I asked if they looked the same is because in the photo you provided is because in my opinion, they do not look natural. You can see the outline of the implant and the chasm between the breasts is a surefire sign of implants. I cannot believe your husband does not know, however, many men do not know how to spot the telltale signs as accurately as some of us ladies can.

| Or the scars, not a peep. Maybe guys think fake has to be big huge like Pamela, who knows. The worst was when they were shiny. I was so upset at the time, because I actually met one of the women at his office that had hers done by Dr. T and she let me see them and they looked fantastic. Granted, she had a child so probably had lots of stretchy skin and tissue before, where my skin was as tight as a snare drum. |

| Well I wouldn't wait until one pops for replacement, especially if you plan on keeping them a secret. Just imagine the shock when one bursts and you have to tell your husband it's time to undergo emergency surgery to replace them!

I just have this weird feeling about having perky boobs at 70,80,90. All my friends are starting to sag and I feel very weird the way it is. |

| If you don't replace them, then your husband might begin to have doubts, despite the current status!

| Well, obviously since they would probably be two saggy prunes. I just can't see having one deflate at such an old age. Having to deal with the possibility of one deflating again at such an old age is not something that I would want to deal with. It realllly sucks in that regard. |

| The second pic looked better in regards to natural/believable breasts or it looked better as you prefer larger breasts?
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. It's all relative to each individual's personal perception of him or herself.
You stated that "surgery is quite useful for loving your self more". This is a very common misconception. Surgery will not make you love yourself. It alters the physical medium.
