Yes, but these offer more leeway as far as size and fullness, as per research.

Well I don't know if adjustable breast implants are a good or bad thing. I can just see some patients repeatedly going back to the doctors because they want their breasts "just a little bigger." I've got quite a few friends like that and the only thing stopping them from screwing up their breasts (by making them too big) is the cost and hassle of more surgery. I think this new innovation might be a problem for them LOL
