Default Lift / breast Implants after reduction...

Okay...

I used to have large but perfect breasts when I was 18 and weighed about 120 pounds...Then I got pregnant and gained a lot of weight. I ended up having a breast reduction, then a tummy tuck. Now I am 15 pounds away from my goal weight (have lost 30 pounds since the reduction 3 years ago...) and my breasts are now sagging and deflated. Does anyone have experience with having a reduction, then having a lift and implants? Also, I am not sure if I REALLY need the lift, but I am looking to have very perky breasts so I will probably need it. I am wondering if the scar tissue that exists inside of my breasts from the reduction will change the way implants will look on me or if they will even matter at all.

Any input is greatly appreciated

I am going to start consults as soon as I hit my goal weight- and I can't wait so it is just more motivation for me

Yes, Christina, you can get implants after a breast reduction.

You might not need the lift, as the breast implants themselves may suffice.

I had a friend that came super close to getting to getting a breast reduction when she was around that age, but a few years later when she lost the weight she didn't need it. To me it sounds like you were in a similar situation... that you probably shouldn't have gotten the reduction back then (since you said they were already perfect when you were 18). But that's not your fault, your plastic surgeon should have been the one to take that possibility into consideration.

But moving forward, yes as Robyne said you can can get breast implants but may need a lift too

A lift with the implants might also make things look better, depending on the expertise of your surgeon.
