hi i have a question for me and my bestie. we both want to know the plastic surgeons in Louisville Kentucky that are worth going to. we were also thinking we might be able to find a dr that will give a discount for doing plastic surgery on both of us together. we are 19, i'm 5'4, she is 5'1 and both of us are size 32B. all we want is to go an itty bitty bit bigger. does anyone know a Louisville plastic surgeon that can do this for us?

I'm sorry but I don't know of any plastic surgeons in Louisville (or anywhere in Kentucky) so I won't be much help.

About the discount, how much did you have in mind? If the two of you do it together, that should be possible. Plastic surgery prices are just like anything else, they're always negotiable

Are the both of you average or under weight? The reason I ask is because it's always a good idea to be at your ideal weight before you get breast implants. Otherwise you may end up getting implants that that won't look right when you get to that magic number (of course if you two are happy with your weight, then this doesn't apply to you )

I've never had the experience you're about to embark on, but getting plastic surgery with a best friend at the same time sounds like the way to go!

hey do you think that we would be able to get them done for under $4000 combined since they are only small implants? that is around how much we got from hs graduation and still have it in savings. both of our parents will let us spend it any way we want even a boob job lol. pleeeeease let me know names of plastic surgeons in Louisville too.

$4,000 for implants is on the very low side. Under $4,000 is unheard of for two people, unless you go overseas. You might want to enlist in a payment plan with a surgeon. If you choose a surgeon solely based upon price, you might not be happy with your results. Group discounts are not frequent. Some surgeons will give you a discount for referring someone for a future surgery.

Even though you both want small implants, you are two different people with different bodies, therefore there are two sets of individual circumstances at hand. How do you know you are both going to feel comfortable with the same surgeon? How do you know that you are both going to like the results one particular surgeon can achieve. It is good you could have a support network, but you definitely need to do more in person research on an independent basis.

Yes, Robyne hit the nail on the head. Remember breast implants will generally cost the same price, regardless of how big or small they are.
