Default Botox during pregnancy?

Warning: You should NOT have Botox injections while you are pregnant or leading up to your pregnancy. Because this is such a new drug there is very little research on it, and of course it's dangerous to "experiment" and do tests on pregnant mothers, but the general consensus among plastic surgeons and other healthcare professionals is that is advisable to not have Botox during this period.

There really is no way of knowing what long term effects it may have. Your baby may be born normal but mental problems may not show for years. It is even possible they may not show until the child is 60, 70, or 80 years old and begins developing mental problems such as memory problems, etc. The bottom line is it's not safe and not worth the risk.
