Default botox discounts at doctors?

i remember seeing a flyer a while back for "botox days" at my doctor where they give you like a special if you come in with a friend or get botox on a certain day of a month. does anyone know if this program is everywhere or if the people that make botox gives you coupons for being a loyal customer or anything?

My plastic surgeon is advertising a "Valentines Day Special" where couples who come in together for Botox receive 15% off. I guess any discounts are at the discretion of the physician. I do know the manufacturers run some sort of loyalty program where they reward you after so many treatment, but I believe the reward is nothing more than a $25 off coupon for Botox, but I could be wrong on that.

I know those so called botox parties usually offer a cheaper price because the doctor is able to treat so many people at once. But I'm not sure where those are all at I'm sure only the major cities have those. Either way it may be worth checking out.
