Free Botox in Brazil
As per Trendhunter:

"If you live in Brazil and make less than $250, perhaps youíre wishing you could get Botox injections. Well youíre in luck! The Brazilian Society of Esthetic Medicine is offering free Botox injections and other beauty treatments.

Sure the work is done by students, but free is free, right? Student docs get some training, so itís not totally unprofessional.

Laser hair removal, acne treatments, chemical peels and lessons on nutrition are also part of the program."

I'm not too keen on the students performing the work, but regulations are different in Brazil.

Make less than $250... as in $250 annually  I certainly hope not because then only the homeless would qualify!

Here in Los Angeles I have heard ads on the radio before advertising free injectable filler, but for research instead of training. I gave a call once out of curiosity and it was for Restylane lip augmentation FDA approval (apparently lip augmentation is still off-label for Restylane).

Back to Brazil, I wouldn't trust them with Botox, but laser hair removal isn't something that can be messed up, is it? :p

I had Restylane in my lips. It was painful and did not last for very long.

Be careful when students or interns are are doing it!!!

Oh yes, I would never let a student or someone training touch my lips!

Bad enough sometimes letting the "accredited" docs do it! :D
