Well being that half the billboards in LA are for lap band operations, I am kind of surprised to hear they are doing so poorly lately :p But I'm actually not that surprised to hear that major operations have gone down. With tighter budgets, I think we are opting for cheaper enhancements over the more expensive operations we really want to have done (like having an afternoon snack to hold off your appetite for dinner ;))
