Wow! I wonder if Allergan will be able to appeal this one or not :confused:

Even though I'm not a fan of Botox (not yet at least ;)) I have to agree with the company's lawyers that "just because the rooster crows when the sun comes up, it doesn't mean the rooster is causing the sunrise." It doesn't sound like they conclusively linked Botox with the cause of death for the plantiffs. But I do agree the off label use needs to be more regulated for sure.

Hmm.... interesting. Hopefully at the very least (as the article mentions) it will teach Allergan to play a more proactive part in getting the word out about how much is too much, even for off label uses.

Maybe it's time to consider boycotting Allergan and using Dysport instead? I don't use either yet, but if I did, that would make me switch!
