Keep in a mind an arm lift, like any other plastic surgery procedure, should cost less if you get more than one operation at the same time. An arm lift plastic surgeon would not likely be qualified to do facial work (and vice-versa) but just keep that in mind in-case there is a similar procedure you're thinking about
