what can be done for loose elbow skin?

i have that and notice a lot of women my age (40's) do too. what can be done about it? i'm guessing it can't be cut out because then it would leave visible scars. is there anything you can do to improve it?

I don't know but I hear you on that one. And I think I'm speaking for 80% of the 40+ women out there when I complain about loose skin on the arms but it's just not enough to need an arm lift. Is there anything that can be done for a minor tightening? Maybe thermage, anyone know if that works on the body? I've only heard of it on the face and neck and even then I don't hear it works all that great.

too bad for us but im pretty sure if thermage doesnt do diddly squat on the face and neck it DEFINITELY wont fix our droopy elbows :o:o:o:o

I wonder how surgery would be done for loose elbows. Did Demi Moore have that done on her elbows and knees when she had all that alleged plastic surgery? I don't see any scars on her skin but it seems like there would have to be scars if you make cuts in such obvious locations. I don't even know if it would be worth doing your elbows however that is done. Wouldn't loose skin wrinkles on the elbow be better than surgical scars that everyone would know is from cosmetic surgery? That's my take on it anyway.

Where would the make the incisions anyway on the elbows? It seems like anywhere you would put cuts they would be super noticeable.

Ladies I think we made up a procedure, the elbow lift, because I haven't heard of it in real life. I think it would impossible to do. :haha:

A friend of mine also has loose skin on her elbow.
She went to a surgeon for help and the surgeon suggested plastic surgery
Now I don't know how can this fix the problem bcoz the scars will be visible even after the loose skin has been treated. right?

The poster is discussing her elbows. Not an arm lift.

And she is also discussing another site repeatedly, too.

i think they could make the incision look like a knuckle scar - you know when you clench your fist, you get little gooves in your knuckle sockets, well they'll make a little hole and shove all the excess in like a great big hanky. The makers of one of those tightening devices (hope I don't get sued) say they expect tightening of 3mm with the "right" lifestyle. Demi didnt do anything with 3mm
