There are plastic surgery procedures that will help to lift arm. Known as elbow and knee lifts, they are almost done in extreme weight loss patients. If you want to lift your arm then you have to take cosmetic surgery.

apply some cellulite soap. You can try applying cellulite soap on loose areas using lukewarm water and leave it overnight on your skin if you don't have any allergies. Use it for straight 1 week following the suggested application and you can see visible result.

I agree, I think plastic surgery is the answer at this point, maybe in the future the are going to be other methods but until that time we have to use the available solutions.
