I gained weight growing up and was quite plump until I was 40 and decided to drop 80 pounds.

I DID IT!

but now I'm left with stretch marks all over. They're silvery and tanning only makes them worse since they don't get tan.

I have more of these stretchmarks than the normal person gets I'm talking about a lot of them. On my arms the go from elbow to armpit. What do you think of an arm lift to get rid of them?
The thing is I was a heavy girl so I need a tummy tuck, breast lift, thigh lift and the whole 9 yards lol so do I start with the arms? They bother me the most since unless you're wearing long sleeves they can be seen.
What should I do? I feel like weight loss is a double edged sword. We have to work our butts off, and oh do I mean WORK OUR BUTTS OFF and then we're left with a bunch of new problems it's just not fair. I try to look at the good thing though which is that God has blessed me with being a lot healthier and that's way more important than stretch marks which are just cosmetic.
(by the way I live on a farm and love the animals and my username has nothing to do with overweight terms or anything. I just want to make that clear so no one is offended because I lived 40 years of my life obese so trust me I would be the last person in a place to criticize weight!)
